We're looking for an entrepreneurial, confident, and resourceful person as our Digital Marketing Intern + Culture Agent. This internship will combine a course of study with marketing projects to give you the experience to lead and execute marketing campaigns and get started in growth hacking for startups.

Duties & Areas of Impact

  • Measure and report performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Work with team to execute digital marketing including email, social media, content, and display advertising marketing.
  • Contribute to the designing, building, and maintenance of our social media presence, offering suggestions for creating digital branding and engagement.
  • Evaluate and curate effective marketing tech and internet traction channels. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion campaigns as an internship project.
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience and funnels.

Education & Work Experience:

  • Junior or Senior Preferred working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related degree
  • 3.0 GPA Min (exceptions can be made if clearly communicated as to reason)
  • Sample works & portfolio may be requested (works provided are the sole property and under the authorship of the applicant)
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a big plus
  • 1+ years of marketing, UX/UI design, and/or graphic design experience (internship, co-op, part/full-time work exp., volunteering etc.) strongly preferred. Experience in a service or tech company is a big plus.

Technical & Soft Skills + Character:

  • Technical Skills: Experience with popular digital marketing software is desired: Infusionsoft, Buffer, Social Pilot, Hubspot, Google Suite/MS Office, and/or Wordpress experience will put you ahead of the game.
  • Soft Skills + Character: Successful interns will be focused, self-motivated, people-centric, and intellectually curious with demonstrated ability to create, analyze, and optimize.
  • Must be personable and assertive as needed but with a measured and high level of emotional intelligence with the ability to gain the trust of peers, customers, team members, and community.
