Contract Role Summary
We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial person as Human Resource Generalist Consultant who is located in the Miami/ metro area, to serve our clients across Miami and Fort Lauderdale needing HR services in:

Ideal candidates possess self-discipline, strong intellectual curiosity with the propensity to learn, and tendencies toward thinking through creative and data-driven solutions. We deal with people at their best and worst, so emotional intelligence is also a must! You must be willing to mentor and accept mentorship, and to network periodically. You will have dual roles: as an in-house HR generalist as needed, and as an outbound HR consultant with our clients most of all, and will start off as a part-time role (25 - 35hrs/wk) with potential to be hired into a Full-Time status if there's a fit and mutual desire.
The role can be described as 20 - 30% remote work, with on-site work with clients across South Florida and Poprouser team members in bustling Downtown Miami will be required. The HR Generalist reports work directly to the COO and CEO and will collaborate across the internal team. Your work will be critical in assisting to develop the internal organization of Poprouser and serving the needs of clients demanding HR and People Operations services.
